Online Statements

Reduce the clutter in your mailbox and help the environment by taking advantage of our Online Statements! Now you can have anytime access to your checking, savings, money market and line of credit account statements at your convenience.

How it Works

Online Statements are just like paper statements, only better. Online statements are more secure because your bank statements won't be in your mailbox, and you won't have to wait for the post office to deliver it. We'll send you an email notification when your statement is ready for you to access inside Online Banking. You'll no longer need to store all those paper statements because they're available for a full year inside Online Banking. You can also save your statements electronically if you like.

So what are you waiting for? Take advantage of this free service today! Our Online Statement feature is just another way to help you easily manage your financial information conveniently and securely.

Viewing and Storing Your Online Statements

You will need Acrobat Reader software to view your statements. We recommend using Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher as you may experience printing issues with earlier versions.

If you do not have Acrobat Reader you can download the software or upgrade your current version. There is no charge for this download.

  • If you wish to print and/or save your online statements, use the Save and Print buttons within Acrobat Reader, not the browser buttons.
  • If you have multiple accounts for which you want to receive online statements, you will need to follow the steps above for each account.
  • If you have a combined statement, you will access your online statements by selecting your primary account.

Verifying your identity.

You will be asked to verify your identity when you access Online Banking from an unrecognized device, such as a different computer or mobile device. To verify your identity, we'll send a verification code to your previously registered phone or email address.  View the demo to see how it works.

When logging into Online Banking for the first time, you will be prompted to select a delivery method for your verification code. The default option of delivery is email but if you prefer, you can enter a phone number. We recommend using your mobile phone for delivery of your verification code, but you can use your home or work phone. Please choose a phone number that you can answer immediately as the verification code cannot be left on voicemail. View the demo to see how it works.

When you login you will be asked to read and agree to our updated Online Banking disclosure.
